If you're on a trial, please keep in mind that we're not able to delay start dates, so the day that you sign up for your trial is also the first day of your trial.

If you upgrade early, your paid membership will start immediately and you'll be able to access repeat bookings and spa and salon appointments. If you'd like to upgrade and start your membership early, you can do so on the Plan Management page via the app or website. If you'd like to change your membership plan for your next billing cycle, please be sure to make any changes in advance of your cycle renewal by navigating to your Membership Settings. The plan you will automatically renew on to is stated when you sign up for your trial. Don't worry, you'll receive an email 2-3 days before your trial ends as a reminder.

Once your trial ends and you move onto a paid membership, your credit count and studio visits will reset. Your trial will automatically renew onto a paid membership once it ends, so you can keep booking classes & appointments seamlessly.
